Well... The Alcubierre metric, also known as the Alcubierre drive or Warp Drive, is a speculative mathematical model of a spacetime exhibiting features reminiscent of the fictional "warp drive" from Star Trek, which can travel "Faster-than-light" In 1994, the Mexican physicist Miguel Alcubierre proposed a method of stretching space in a wave which would in theory cause the fabric of space ahead of a spacecraft to contract and the space behind it to expand.[1] The ship would ride this wave inside a region known as a warp bubble of flat space. Since the ship is not moving within this bubble, but carried along as the region itself moves, conventional relativistic effects such as time dilation do not apply in the way they would in the case of a ship moving at high velocity through flat spacetime. So, maybe... but there are lots...
In the future, more than likely
That's just the type of thing that they prefer. The storyline of Star Trek may not appeal to them as much as the storyline of Star Wars. On Star Trek the good guys are not all good, and the bad guys are not all bad. Some people may be uncomfortable with this character shading which mirrors real life, and they prefer the straightforward good versus evil conflict of Star Wars. I think that clever peole like star trek and the rest of you just like the violence in star wars.
Star Trek inspired engineers to build cell phones that were portable. It also inspired the idea of a computer note book like the iPad.
no, Star Trek is just a fictional (make-believe) story line that introduces audience to outerspace, and other planets....basically they want you to make-believe and use your imaginationThe Star Trek universe I'm sure gives one a good idea of the real universe out there. The Star Trek universe is also the kind of future we, and further generations, would like to live in. We don't really know what will happen in the future. But, we can start by being the change we want to see in the future - the microcosm affecting the macrocosm. So, YES the things in Star Trek CAN happen in the future. We must be positive that the good things in it will happen. (Picard gives a good description of that future to Lily in 'Star Trek First Contact'.)
Science Fiction is like Star Wars or Star Trek. Non fiction is where it IS real and it really happened such as in a biography.
Patrick Stewart played Captain Picard on ST-TNG or Star Trek: The Next Generation. Turns out there was a stray cat on the set of ST-TNG and Patrick Stewart brought her home and named her Bella.
Because Every series has to end eventually that's just like you saying why did they end Star Trek Voyager, Star Trek Deep Space Nine, Star Trek The Next Generation, Star Trek the Origianl Series. Did you ever think of that
It is my brother and I both like star trek. Though you don't need to include the word both. I prefer: My brother and I like Star Trek.
no you can't prove anything LEAVE GEORGE LUCAS ALONE HE WAS OUT OF IDEAS
No
No because nothing could be done like it is done in Star Trek
no
Some Star Trek things would be: It would include but not limited to memorabilia like phasers, communicators, and costumes from the TV shows or movies. The Star Trek movies and TV shows are also considered to be Star Trek things.
The Star Trek franchise has millions of fans all over the world, and is liked by lots of people
Depends on what you like the most. But since I've never seen Star Trek, I would choose Star Wars. And from what I've heard of Star Trek, personally, it doesn't sound nowhere near thrilling as Star Wars (no offense to people who are Trek fans)
Because their gay and have no lives and probably like star trek or should I say GAY trek.
Because Dexter's Laboratory and star trek voyager were made the same year
because star trek voyager and dexter's laboratory were made the same year
