You will not gain weight by doing this but... you will not lose weight quickly either. Your body will respond to this starvation by holding on to all the fat you have to survive. Also when you start eating right again your body will store it and be reluctant to let it go.

Coffee is only bad for teens if you drink alot of it. Say for instance you drink 2-3cups a week you should be fine. Coffee does stunt your growth but that is if only you drink a lot and alot of coffee. Plus it also (for everyone) stains your teeth and it dehydrates your system because the caffeine takes the calcium out of your system. So when I do drink an occasional coffee put 2% or skim milk in there. Oh and don't ever substitute a coffee beverage for any meal!! Its a horrible habit and could lead to eating disorders. Well hope this helps!!

Yes and no. It's a much-loved and widely believed story that coffee is an appetite suppressant, and some people believe it helps them to lose weight. The truth is more nuanced: yes, drinking a cup of coffee can temporarily cause a loss of appetite by filling up your stomach, but the word to remember is "temporarily"-- it doesn't last very long, and drinking too much coffee can make a person anxious and jittery, due to the caffeine that coffee contains. But if you are asking whether there is a medical condition where coffee itself causes loss of appetite (not temporarily, and not intended to help a person lose weight), I have not heard of such a condition. I am sure there may be some people who have an allergic reaction to caffeine, but usually a loss of appetite is caused by other factors, and if you are not interested in eating, or cannot eat, I doubt coffee is to blame. You may want to see your doctor and have a physical exam to find out the actual cause and get the proper treatment for it.
No, coffee will not make any part of your body smaller (although it is often claimed that coffee should not be consumed by children, since it will stunt their growth; this is true only to the extent that coffee can reduce appetite, and the overall growth of a child is influenced by their diet).
Coffee is grown all over the world. South America and Africa are the primary producers of coffee. Hawaii is the only state in the US that producers coffee. The most famous Hawaii coffee is Kona coffee. However, Ka'u, Maui, Oahu and Kauai coffee's have been gaining popularity recently. One of the best Kona coffee's come's from Hawaiian Queen Coffee Farm www.HawaiianQueenCoffee.com

Drinking water in place of soda, beer, or coffee will help you lose weight because water contains no sugar. However, do not expect to lose weight by drinking water along with soda, coffee, and beer. Having a healthy diet with water will also help with losing weight.
Both hot and cold coffee can potentially aid in weight loss, as they can help boost metabolism and suppress appetite. However, the choice between hot or cold coffee for weight loss ultimately depends on personal preference and how the coffee is prepared (e.g., adding sugar or cream can increase calorie intake).
