You can evolve all your Pokemon in Sky including leader but your partner riolu will not evolve how do you evolve a riolu remember you can already evolve partner plus leader?

to evolv riolu you need the sun ribon wene i pre orderd soul silver i sol somthing in a gide you know jobs with stars you get sun ribons on jobs with stars but the number stars has to be 5-9

It's actually impossible for Torchic to be a male partner, as I've always checked and it's a female. It seems that Torchic is preset by the game to be female. However, you could always switch it around: Make the main hero a male Torchic and have a female Eevee as your partner.
