Once this is done speak to Prof Rowan and you will get a National Pokedex upgrade. Now next is Firered you must have a completed game (hall of fame done, ruby and sapphire given to Celio, National pokedex upgrade needed) and insert the cartridge in the DS and on Diamond click on Migrate *right under Continue and New Game* now remember your game must be saved in a pokemon center and the pokemon you want to migrate must be in the PC not the party.
