Definitely it's the water pump, When my van started this noise and overheated I found it was the water pump it cost me only 50 bucks to buy but to put it on (as I didn't have enough time) I had to pay some one 350 bucks. At this time you should change the timing belt too. If you could do it your self, it won't cost you more than 60 bucks.

Run a compression test. When engines overheat the head(s) often warp causing the head gasket to blow. If you find low compression between any two cylinders OR if any of the sparkplugs are wet with water or coolant as you do the compression test, it's the head gasket and warped head. BTW, that's one of the most common problems that shows up after an engine has overheated.
It is possible that it is air locked. Try squeezing the upper and lower hoses to release any air and make sure the radiator is full, sometimes jacking up the front helps. It could also be a bad thermostat so replace that if you have not done so already.
Heavy white smoke is usually caused when the engine burns transmission fluid, such as when the modulator valve is defective, causing transmission fluid to be sucked into the intake system. A stuck closed thermostat could cause the engine to overheat. If the engine overheated badly and repeatedly, a cylinder head could crack and allow coolant to enter the combustion camber. This condition would cause white smoke to blow out the exhaust.
The coolant temp. sensor could be bad....or the thermostat could be stuck shut.....there are a few things it could be actually
If you have already replaced the battery, then you have a few other things to look at.It could be the starter itselfit could be the starter solenoid which might be integrated with the starter or mounted somewhere in the engine compartment. You can find it by tracing the thick positive wire (red - about the size of a finger) to where it goes. If it goes directly to the starter then the solenoid is integrated and more difficult to testIt could be the positive wire itself and is not making a good connection to the battery or starter/starter solenoidIt could also be the ground wire (Black - about the size of a finger). If this wire is not making a good connection from the battery to the engine block, it will keep the starter from workingI would start with the wires, making sure you have a good connection and then work your way to the starter. The clicking is usually a result of the starter not getting enough current to crank the engine.
Most definitely.
Perhaps heat shield on catalytic converter?
Could be the water pump went out.
Engine could overheat, can bust your radiator hoses. If ran for long while overheated you could blow the engine.
Timing belt
There could be many reasons as to why this car is running rough. The engine may be overheated, the mount may be destroyed, it may not be getting enough fuel, or there could be a lack of oil.
White smoke could be a sign of many different issues:The engine could have overheated from excess use.The engine could be low on oil. There may be air filtration problems. The spark plug could be injured.Carburetor could need to be cleaned.
The head, along with everything above it, will have to be removed. If the engine overheated then the head could be warped as well.
Your beautiful
Low or no oil and you seized the internal bearings Overheated and burned out the starter
Could be many things like a stuck thermostat, blown head gasket, warped heads, bad water pump etc.
if engine overheated when heater core blew, u may have damaged bearings in engine, or dropped a rod, or maybe water pump went out as well
