Long answer: Although they would be big enough to play on the main stage I don't think that they are famous enough in the UK to play the UK's biggest festival. Also I don't think that Glastonbury is really their kind of scene as it hosts more rock/indie/indie rock/and some pop acts, whereas Reading and Leeds, where Blink headlined last year, is more suited to acts of their type of genre eg. you are more likely to see Sum 41, Green Day, and The Offspring plyaing at Reading and Leeds rather than Glastonbury. If that makes any sense :)
