The short answer is "NO - they are not good".
I bought the Electric Acoustic Bass Guitar for my son on Feb 1, 2012. We already had a hard-case for it when it arrived, so it was cared for very well.
After 2 months (April 3rd) the neck of the guitar cracked entirely through. It was nothing that we did, but decided to take to get it fixed rather than try to fix it ourselves. We were quoted $75 to fix the broken neck, but were told that it still would not play good at all (and probably never did play well).
They showed us how the lower end of the fret-board was raised and that many of the frets were uneven. To get it to "play right" would be an additional $230 to fix the fret-board.
So the long story is that the quality of the guitar is CRAP. I did contact ebigonline to find out who the manufacturer was, and they told me that it is manufactured "overseas" and that there is no warranty, even though they sell it as "factory new, unopened". And, of course, they would not repair or refund my money since I had purchased it over 30 days ago.
I would buy a guitar from Walmart before buying anything from EBIGONLINE again.

Not really - Johnson guitars are inexpensive guitars that are somewhat suitable for a beginner.
Absolutely yes, because RJ(Ramon Jacinto) Guitars are mostly Philippine made.A good example is the RJ Les Pu which is a brand made from Guagua, Pampanga. Also,RJ Guitars are 100% craftsmanship and not made by machinery.Guitars that are made by machine purely are really not that good but RJ branded guitars aren't like that and they give discounts every time a consumer purchases. These guitars last long. They are really the best in the Philippines!
Awesome guitars!
The best brands of guitars is the Gibson guitars or gb&a guitars.
