Reissues of The Beatles' Apple albums (from 1968 to 1973) were on the Capitol label. The old rainbow label was revived for some reissues in the early 1980s, then for all issued records in the mid-1980s. A copy of Abbey Road with a rainbow Capitol label dates from the mid- to late 1980s, and is not a rare item.
