Yes, if it is felt that going home would delay or hinder your recovery.
HOWEVER, a patient of sound mind signing a "Discharge Against Medical Advice (AMA)" form, would be free to leave the hospital. Obviously, the hospital staff would try to persuade the patient to stay, but can not use force, nor administer drugs or carry out procedures against the patient's wishes. But, though an AMA has been signed, the hospital could still have to answer a case in court should the patient die outside the hospital. It is a very grey area, and the court could find either way, depending on the circumstances.
ONLY under some very narrow circumstances can a doctor have you sectioned under mental health laws to force you to stay in hospital until you're deemed well enough to cope on your own. Just being "stupid" though is NOT a mental health issue. Plenty of patients act against their own best interests---doctors cannot force a person to use common sense or claim the person is mentally ill for making bad decisions.

If police are called to your home for a domestic dispute and you refuse to let them in, they may take steps to ensure the safety of those involved. Depending on the situation, they might obtain a warrant to enter the premises if they believe someone is in immediate danger. Additionally, your refusal could lead to further escalation, including potential arrest or legal consequences for obstructing law enforcement. It's crucial to understand that police have a duty to protect and may act in the interest of safety.
During the punk rock era of the late 70s, The Sex Pistols and The Clash famously refused to let their music be used in adverts.
I have never had a hospital refuse to let me see my own x-rays. Perhaps you have not asked the right person. Have your doctor request a copy and show them to you.
Only if you are a danger to yourself or others, otherwise you can leave even if it's against medical advice
he knew that they were very good friends with him so he felt that he should let them see Johnny.Eric:)
Yes. The father has no right to go to a personal doctors appointment.
i think the parent has to let a child live at home until they are 18 unless they both agree the child can move out
No, you have to go to a hospital to let him sleep. I am a doctor, trust me.
that is where a patient goes first when he feels ill. or where a patient goes with an accident. Then the opd doctor will decide what to do.. he will either treat the patient and let him go home or refer him to the relevant speciality if needed.
No, i have never seen one, no doctor will treat without initial deposit
It depends on why you did it, and what you did. If you really tried to commit suicide, and you have a history of that, they might have to have a doctor's consent and you would have to go through different types of counseling that they would have at the hospital for you so you can get some help.

Let your doctor know that you are on Suboxone, and what your dosage level is. Then, your doctor (including the ones in the hospital, postoperatively) can give you the appropriate dose of opioid equivalent medication for pain relief. Definitely talk to your doctor about this.
Take it to the vet and see what they have to say.
