No reason why not. After all if a commoner who is, say a professional songstress, marries into a Royal Family- well she would take the requisite Royal or Noble title- in the feminine form. A familiar example was the Actress Grace Kelly ( l929-82) who became by marriage, Princess Grace of Monaco. the US stamp honoring her still calls her Grace Kelly, American Actress, as there are Federal restrictions on titles of nobility!
