It is 100% illegal to be first for health reasons. I don't know who this guy is saying you can be terminated for any cause, that is FALSE! If you have health problems (in my case serious) You can not legally be terminated. If you are then you have ground for a full blown law suit and you SHOULD pursue it. Whoever wrote this please tell the truth wen you speak.

If you are a victim of a work-related injury, special provisions apply to you and your employment which are customarily interpreted as being a deterrent against termination by the employer due to the effects of that accident. That does not mean that an employer is precluded from terminating you for some other reason; and, that can be anything--- or nothing---- at all.
