Powering two 200-watt speakers with 25-50 watts each won't get you the best tone but it won't hurt your equipment. (Powering a 50 watt speaker with a 200 watt amp would be a disaster.) As long as you set the impedance on the amp correctly then you should be fine. Check the back of the cabinet to see what the impedance is at the input jack(s) and set the impedance control on the back of the Vox to match. There is good info about speaker impedances and wiring at the Celestion website, under the 'Ask Dr. Decibel' section. You can also download the AC50CPH manual from the Vox website. This is very important, because you could blow the amplifier if the impedances aren't matched. Also, DO NOT USE GUITAR CABLE TO CONNECT THE AMP TO THE CABINET. You must use speaker cable to connect them or you will damage your equipment. Just know that it mind sound funny, because the Vox amp is made for a regular guitar and the 400-watt Ampeg cabinet is designed for a Bass Guitar. The Vox won't have the low frequency response for a full bass sound. The Vox will also overdrive at lower volumes than a bass amp. While regular Guitarists love tube overdrive, most bassists like to keep their tones clean. So you probably won't be able to turn the volume and gain knobs past 9 o'clock if you're a bass player. If you're a guitar player then the bass speakers might give you more lows, but they would be so underpowered that I'm not sure if you'd even hear it. (More energy is required to move speaker cones at lower frequencies.) But what do I know? That might be the sound you're looking for!

you click on the cabinet and go down. Then you get the clapper that is hanging on the hook.
You can find local cabinet contractors using a phone book. Alternatively, if you want to go real old-school, you can call up the operator and have them hook you up with a list for a charge.
No you can't because of a few reasons: Mainly because the cabinet needs a certain voltage and ohmage to work. The Guitar doesn't send electricity on its own and thus the cabinet wouldn't work. Normally an amplifier takes this electricity from a wall socket and then transfers it into the cabinet. This is also the reason why you can't plug headphones into a normal amp,the has to have a balanced output where you dont get too much current. Another reason would be that the signal would be too quiet and needs proper amplification.
