Yes. But only once that is known. On April 7, 1968, the last day of their East Coast tour, Joplin and Big Brother performed with Jimi Hendrix, Buddy Guy, Joni Mitchell, Richie Havens, Paul Butterfield, and Elvin Bishop at the "Wake for Martin Luther King, Jr." concert in New York. Jimi Hendrix did perform with her on stage during that song. There are very few recordings of it, as it was only recorded at the event. There are no studio recordings with them together doing that song.
Janis Joplins band was Big Brother and the Holding Company.

Joplin's show was in July 5th, a beautiful Sunday afternoon. Hendrix was July 26th, a raining Sunday in Seattle. I was a both shows.

The common factor between The Rolling Stones, Janis Joplin, and Jim Morrison is that they were all drug influenced performers/bands in the 60's. Janis Joplin, Jim Morrison, Jimi Hendrix and Brian Jones (Rolling Stones) died at the age of 27.
