yes, because it has the same beat and the same way to describe the words but some words are different me and my friend figured this out by listening to both songs and we realized a very small amount of differences in each of the songs we looked up information on Google about kim wilde her self and about how you may copyright a song and we found out that you must have permission to change and copy a song and we found out that kim wilde is 49 years old and it seems that she retired we don't know much about kim wilde but i know that at this age shes probally hard to find to get permission and usally you hear every thing about singer these days and i never heard of the Jonas brothers go find kim wilde and get permission

So far, I don't think so. But they have copied a Busted song and a Reel Big Fish song. I wouldn't be surprised.

Um...they didn't 'exactly' copy them, but compare the start if S.O.S to "The Take Over, The Breaks Over", and Take A Breath to XO. The guitar riffs are similar.
