Yes, Rage Against the Machine did go naked onstage. While set to perform at Lollapalooza sometime back in the nineties, the band chose to protest the Parents Music Resource Center and its Parent Advisory stickers by walking onstage completely nude except for strips of duct tape across their mouths, each member with one large letter on their chests which, when aligned correctly, spelt out PMRC-- Parents Music Resource Center. This was to demote censory by exposing themselves in an explicit manner while giving a little nod to Tipper Gore's campain-- an act which has been copied by other bands such as Tool--, but nonetheless this made fans mad, being they stood onstage stark naked for 15 minutes and didn't play one song. Though they put on a free concert for those disappointed fans the following day, the event still remains one of the most rebellious of modern times.
CDs will play anywhere. It's DVDs that have zone restrictions.
