Mowtown did release a single with Irene Ryan in conjunction with the opening of "Pippin" the musical. Irene Ryan was an original cast member of Pippin and was nominated for a Tony award for her role. Motown made an investment in the musical "Pippin" and the single was to promote Ms. Ryan and the musical.
