- Yes, women should give compliments where it is due. Men love to hear compliments just as much as women do. There is nothing wrong with telling a man he looks handsome while out on a date or what a good job he has done when he is working on a project of any type. A confident woman can openly give a nice compliment to another woman such as telling her how attractive she is; what a good job she is doing, etc.
