yes and no. Insurance and most normal police inquires will not be able to know. But it is on a record so you cannot take the course more then once a year in some states.
Nope you only can attend a traffic school for a moving violation.
You usually have to go to a school that is approved by the county that issued the ticket. But dont worry, you do not have to fly to NY. Just take an online couse that is approved in the county in NY.
The fee associated with the ticket is just a fee to allow you to go to traffic school. Its up to you to take a trafffic school course and submit the certificate to the court by the due date!
Traffic school or not you will still have to pay for the ticket. The reason people want to do traffic school it removes the ticket from the driving record. The cost of tickets vary depending on where you live and if it was a city or state officer that gave you the ticket. On the back of the ticket is usually instructions on what to do, so follow those instructions. Reasonably you should expect to pay a couple of hundred after the cost of the ticket and traffic school. If your state allows it you may be able to do traffic school on line from a list of schools they have approved.
You should get the information from the court in the mail. If you are elligable to attend traffic school, your ticket will say that....if this is the case than pay your bail amount, and the traffic school fee, then enroll in a traffic school and they (the traffic school) will send your certificate when the course is completed.
If I am from Florida but got a speeding ticket in CA, can I go to Traffic School to remove the points from my insurance? I plan on paying the ticket.
Generally, a ticket from a parking in a handicapped parking space will not go on a traffic record. However, failure to pay the fine may result in driving privileges to be suspended.

The ticket ended up to be $215.70. I am able to go to traffic school. Basically for santa Barbara county, if you havn't received a ticket in the past 18 months and you were not 26mph, you can go to traffic school.
On line go to NYC.Gov, then go to finance, check parking ticket, type plate number and follow instructions.
It depends on what County and state you get a ticket in. And traffic school prices range from $5-$30 depending on the state.

The ticket to my knowledge will be about $429.00, (IIRC it's $13/mile) plus traffic school fees. You can go to traffic school if you havent gone for a previous ticket in the past 18 months.
YES.....of course you can attend traffic school for this infraction.

Nothing too bad. That traffic ticket point will go on your driving record and your insurance rates will increase. Your allowed a certain amount of points before your license is suspended.
It depends on the regulations in your particular state. In some states you can take traffic school and keep the ticket off your record. In others you can only take traffic school to remove points from your driver's license. The ticket still shows on your record.
Yes, if you meet the qualifications for attendance.
