I assume the question is about acoustic Guitars. But the answer is no. Acoustic guitars sound very different to someone with a trained ear. To the uninitiated yes they will sound very similar but the make, the wood it's constructed with, the year and the strings on a guitar will make it sound very different from another. Some guitars have a bright clean sound others a more earthy and almost organic sound. That's why when buying one find your price range and play at least every single one they have.
True. A vibrating string can produce a sound. This is how string instruments such as a guitars and violins work. Although such strings are made of metal (like steel wire) or plastic (like nylon), the principal is the same for all of them.
sound waves are all around us. the electric guitar will make/reflect sound waves just as it sits in the corner. sound waves is what sound is only that sound waves is the more scientific way of saying it.
Yamaha make a range of affordable guitars that are also well rated for the sound they create. Alternatively Martin, Gibson and Taylor all have cheap guitars that are well reviewed.

The main types of guitars available in the market today are acoustic, electric, classical, and bass guitars. Acoustic guitars produce sound through vibrating strings and are commonly used in folk and country music. Electric guitars use electronic amplification to produce sound and are popular in rock and pop music. Classical guitars have nylon strings and are used in classical and flamenco music. Bass guitars have lower tones and are used in various genres to provide the rhythm and foundation of a song.
No, not all amps are suitable for electric guitars. It is important to use an amp specifically designed for electric guitars to ensure optimal sound quality and performance.
