Without any further information than this I'm going to take a stab at this question. First, by saying air compressor, do you mean the blower that sends cold or hot air into the Jeep from the vents or do you have some kind of aftermarket air compressor? What year Jeep is this?
My guess would be that you are seeing a fine mist blowing into the Jeep and that it's more than likely antifreeze coming from a leaking heater core in the evaporator box for the climate control system.
I don't know much about late model Jeeps but I wouldn't be surprised if there's a factory installed air compressor option that would have a compressor in the engine compartment with air hose connections inside the rear liftgate for inflating innertubes etc. If that's the case the dye that you're seeing is more than likely compressor oil leaking into the air lines.
