Because of the sheer number of people (around 7 billion) on earth and given a statistical avarage Death Rate - by natural causes - of around 0.9%, every day around 173,000 people will die on average. It is therefore extremely unlikely that on any given day no-one at all has died or will die, even if you go back to the earliest days of mankind: because then the death rate was much higher.
