Many, many and many rock musicians have been arrested for inciting a riot while onstage. September 11, 2010: Sam Adams was arrested in Kansas State University while giving a frat concert. Axl Rose was arrested in 1991 and 1992 in separate incidents.
Arguably the most famous incident of being arrested for this charge was in 1967 when Jim Morrison of The Doors was arrested onstage in New Haven Connecticut. He was allegedly maced backstage when he was misidentified as an unauthorized person moments before taking the stage. He decided to share this information with the audience and a riot ensued.

No. There has, pretty much, always been white musicians in jazz, at least from the early 1900's. Before that, who knows? As there was no recording industry as such, there is no documentary or audi proof of what was going racially in jazz prior to the turn of the 19th century.
The crime of inciting to riot can be ruled by some judges and jurisdictions to be carried out by an ABUSE of the freedom of speech- Someone shouting out Racial epithets at, say a ball game or boxing bout with the idea of Triggering a race riot- could be charged with inciting to riot- this is not the same as say, assault and battery or vandalizing autos, stadium property, etc. Fans shouting (hit the Trigger, Kill the N-R at a Boxing bout did happen and might have been prosecutable if a Riot started. This happened at the Johannson (white) versus Paterson ( Black) boxing bout.

Moral turpitude is generally a a term used in employment contracts. So if you incited a group to riot and your employer had this in your employment contract, yes it could be considered Moral Turpitude.Another View: The legal definition of moral turpitude refers generally to conduct that shocks the public conscience. Offenses such as murder, voluntary manslaughter, kidnaping, robbery, and aggravated assaults involve moral turpitude. However, assaults not involving dangerous weapons or evil intent have been held not to involve moral turpitude.
Being charged is not the same as being convicted. A person who has been charged might still be found innocent of the crime of which he or she has been charged. However, if you have been charged and also convicted of aggravated assault, that is a serious crime and it would involve jail time.
