First brush hair out evenly. Then put some mousse or gel in it. Now, if you want to use curlers, this should all be done the night before. Use pretty medium to large curlers. If you want to use a curling iron, do the mousse or gel in the morning. Take small sections of your hair and curl. When you are done set with harispray. Back to the curlers, when you wake up, do not brush them out, instead carefully shake. Set with hairspray. If you were doing this for a Halloween costume or something, you can buy a can of colored hair spray from a drugstore such as Walgreen's. I think it costs around seven dollars and you can just wash it out that night and your hair returns to normal. Buy it in blond and spray it on your hair until you have blond, lucious locks!

For Makeup:

Taylor Swift creates a smokey eye effect with her eyshadow and liner. Do do this you will need:

• A black shadow stick
• white or lightly colored eyeshadow
• black or grey eyeshadow
• black eyeliner
• black mascara
