How can you have babies on sims 2?

You can adopt by:

1. Going to the phone

2. Going on sevicis

3. Adoption Servise

Then 10am the next morning some-one will come and drop off the child. You can have a baby, toddeler or child but you cannot pick it's gender.

OR

You can have a a baby yourself.

1. Get two sims of the opasite sex to relax on the same bed

2. Click on one of the sims

3. Click on Try For Baby (You Sims must be married or in love)

4. Then your sims will try for a baby.

Three days later your Female sim will give birth (Over the three days your female sim will of got a bump and have to wear special clothes)
