These are good sounding organs when working right and tuned up. Supply and demand is the key here. Lots of old organs - and very few people that want to play them, means low demand.
The value of most organs from the 70's is about the same as value of TV's from the 70's - very low. This is a good one so maybe someone would give you $100 or $200 for it, try it and see. In any city a search on CL will show dozens or 100's of old organs on any given day. Keep dropping the price and eventually someone may take it home. (heavy and hard to move)
