A lot! He discovered he had talent, and it helped him release and cope with all the emotions from his shitt.y life. He is different from a lot of rappers, he doesn't just talk about money, girls, drugs, and fame. He talks about real stuff, that he experienced and he hopes to make an impact of those struggling with the same crap. His dad walked out, his mom's an addict, he grew up in the ghetto and he was one of the very few white kids, so he was a target for bullies. Google Angelo Bailey. His uncle and closest friend shot himself. Emotional abuse from his mom, and having to be the parent for himself and his younger brother, Nathan. Things stated to change when his career got big, but it changed. His marriage with Kim was horrible, his best friend (Proof) was murdered in front of him, his wife cheated, he struggled with substance abuse. Custody battles over his daughter, adopting Kim's sister's kid, adopting Kim's kid from an affair of hers. A lot of his music is how he dealt with it, and letting fans know we're not along.

Check out these songs: Brain Damage, When I'm Gone, Hailie's Song, My Mom, Cleaning Out My Closet, Kim, Bonnie & Clyde, Criminal, Toy Soldiers, 3 AM, Murder She Wrote, Kill You, Stan, I'm Having A Relapse, Go To Sleep, I Love You More, and Stay Wide Awake.

More: Till I Colapse, Not Afraid, Love The Way You Lie, Brainless, and Stronger Than I Was.
