well......she ate healthy, and Ahe loves to be in the water where she would basically do water excersices like water aerobics. And she has a personal trainer and chef to prepare her healthy meals along with that. And I think she does eat fatty foods like a morsel size when she maybe gets a craving here and there. that's all and she doesn't mix her proteins with her carbohydrates. she works out very hard.
