As musicians they cannot be put on the same level as the truly seminal groups such as The Beatles, Rolling Stones, or the Who, but they did do some nice work, nonetheless. The did a beautiful cover version of "God Gave Rock & Roll To You" which was used to excellent effect in the movie "Bill And Ted's Excellent Adventure" as a symbol of the tremendous spiritual power of rock & roll. Even if for nothing else, KISS would deserve to be remembered for that.
