I don't know if you have already tried this, but make sure you know which folder the music goes into once it has completed, then, on iTunes, selcted "file" then "add file to library" and browse the folders to find the file you want, alternatively, if it is a complete album, select "add folder to library" and browse in the same way, your music should then appear in your itunes library

If u have itunes put the song in itunes. connect ur ipod to ur computer with the usb cable. Then go on file in itunes and go down to sync ipod. When you plug in your Ipod after you have downloaded the song, the song should transfer onto your Ipod. If not, find the song in your music library, and drag it to your Ipod folder. That should work!!

You don't have to convert it. What I do is I first is drag the music to the desktop. next you drag the music to itunes . Then you put the music on a playlist or put it into the music file. Lastly you connect your iPhone and sync.
