Open the bleeder screw at the wheel, have someone in the vehicle push & hold the brake pedal down till it is all the way to the floor. Tighten up bleeder screw. Pump the pedal 3-4 times and repeat till no air comes out of the bleeder. Do this at all 4 wheels making sure the brake fluid reservoir does not go empty. If the bleeders are seized you will need to heat them up to get them loose. Rule of thumb, heat bleeder & surrounding area till RED hot, cool it quickly (water bottle) off till it's cold to the touch. Repeat 3 times and loosen bleeder cold.

Front rotors slide over hub studs and are held on by caliper and pads. Caliper has 2 studs that thread into knuckle from behind and swing up and out from calipers. Pads go on pretty straight forward, look at the old ones as you take them off. Rear brakes much the same, rotor and caliper setup, but watch out for park break shoes on rear inside of the rotor. Make sure the parts store tells you about them when you ask for pads and rotors. Spreader will have to be backed off to remove rotor. Park break pads very similar to general drum brakes. Make sure you use a 6 or 8 inch C-clamp to compress the caliper piston before trying to fit new pads or they won't go over the rotor edge. Pump the brakes a few times before you drive the vehicle!!!! Make sure the brakes grab before you get onto a public street! If you have any doubt about your ability to do the job, get the shop manual and get someone with experience to oversee the job.
