For windows you right click on it and it should say delete. If you want to get the file back, download the file on your desktop and click the song on iTunes then it should say like open with or something like that and find it on your desktop and it should play.

The Zune software is not as good as iTunes. You cannot create playlists from podcasts, they have to be manually played.
