What seems to be key to Weight Watchers is to become aware of what you are putting into your body. With choices and points assigned to mostly every food or drink each individual is the captain of their own boat, so to speak. They also give you guidelines and suggestions of meals so you are guided and are not left with less in your pocket book and not a clue of what to do with nutritional information. Weight watchers does not claim to give you a ridiculous size reduction, not even to work over night nor do they deny that it takes exercise and more movement to work. They do however make you feel better about yourself when you make up your mind that you are ready to make a change in your habits and lifestyle! It all comes down to portion control.
