Both high g# & low g# are all fingers on your right hand so that would ne thumb,pointer finger,middle finger,ring finger, and the pinky finger on your right hand. On your left hand it would just be your pinky the rest of your finger would be up not pushing down amy keys, so on the left hand you would only put down the pinky finger.

it depends on what flute your trying to play it on, if its a Bb flute then the notes are; F-F-F-F G-G-G-G F-F-F-F A-A-A-A then repeat.
