In the original Banjo-Tooie on Nintendo 64 you must use cheats for example, Game Shark or use Project 64, download the game to the computer and then find the cheat for it. But on the Xbox 360 Arcade version of it, its impossible to get the evil bottles cheat. Hope this helped :)

bottles dies in banjo-tooie and this is how he dies: kazooie tricks him and tells him gruntilda the witch is coming (this happens 2 years after she falls from her tower) then her sisters revive her then she actually does come after she sees mumbo coming to see whats happening when banjo sees whats happenning he tells everybody to run away but bottles thinks it's another trick and grunty ends up killing him.

Nope. Once you collect the notes in Banjo-Tooie, you don't have to recollect them when you leave a level. One of Banjo-Tooie's many pros. :)
They are both great, so i'd start with banjo kazooie because you'll be addicted to it and you'll buy banjo tooie
