There are many legal sources for music and images, including fee-based, Creative Commons-licensed, and public domain sources.
The owner of a copyright in music has the exclusive right to perform the work
This is a very contentious issue and depends on the country the music is stored in, the country it is being downloaded in, the relationship the site has with the copyright owners and whether or not a copyright even exists on the music. In many countries it is illegal to host and download copyrighted music to/from the internet without permission from the copyright owner. With permission, a site may be allowed to do so. Napster's original incarnation was shut down for making music downloadable for free without permission from the copyright owners. One way around copyright laws is by downloading music that has been released into the public domain under licenses such as the Creative Commons attribution-non commercial share-alike license which allows the music to be freely copied and manipulated so long as the original author is credited and that it is distributed under the same license.
It is illegal because when you watch them on YouTube or listen to them on the radio, you have not copied them to have in your possession. When you download music, it is taking the music without paying for it and without permission from the copyrighted source. You cannot take it if it has a copyright because the copyright basically shows that it belongs to them. When you download music, you are violating the copyright terms and stealing the music from them without permission. Downloading music and just listening to it on YouTube or on the radio differs because in one instance, you are stealing the music to have for yourself for who knows how long, while the other lets you listen to the music for the moment and leave it there, not taking it with you when you are done.
no .
No. That is copyright infringement.
Not unless you make a recording of it and publish it without permission of the copyright owner, assuming the music is copyrighted.
U could use Limewire only as a tool that is not breaking the law however downloads (or copies) of popular music videos pictures or anything downloaded is breaking the law. (Remember breaking the law is a sin)
According to the 2001 Copyright Act, Kshs. 800,000 or a maximum custodial sentence of ten years or both.
copyright of music belongs to the sound recording company, composer and lyrics writer if the music is quite old (mozart etc) you can publish it, otherwise it is a copyright infringement to publish music on youtube without the owners permission The best way to avoid copyright infringement on YouTube is to post only content that is entirely your original work.
It is not legal. If you do not own rights to the music it is copyright infringement.

With a license, yes. Without a license, no.
Not at all. Musica reservata was a particular style of a cappella music intended for small, limited audiences. Copyright infringement is a violation of federal law.
Without a license, yes.
What did you burn on it? Music that someone else holds the copyright on? In that case, no, it is not legal. You are distributing the works of an artist without their permission. And you are making money with it. Printed works and pictures, same thing.
Copyright 'law' is a civil matter. It only becomes a criminal matter when it is used to commit fraud such as creating bootleg merchandise, or theft, like illegally download music.
Use your own original music.
