Basically a bit of running back and forth like any other RE game. I'll assume that you are able to reach the cut scene with Steve in the save room. After that check the pannel on the side and turn it on. That opens the shutter outside. Once you go back to the little yard with the guiliton check the shutter panel. Get extinguisher from inside the panel and go back to graveyard to get briefcase. Then get the alloy out of there and put it into the 3d scanner(note: i never seen it happen but some walkthrough said Zombies break in when u don't trigger the lockdown so do that first. After you get the alloy medallion you know where to go.
