The end of a relationship causes the same grief process as a person dying. You go through phases and hate is one of them, especially if the relationship ended badly. What you need to know is that hating will not hurt her. It will hurt you and effect your health. She was the person who cheated, don't punish your own health because of it. Rather than hate her, become indifferent. Have no feelings for her whatsoever, that is the true opposite of love (not hate, but indifference).
