to open up all songs in rock band including the tour ones you have to insert a cheat code. this code only works for Xbox 360. when your in the start menu of rock band use the guitar, drums or controller and hit these colors pretty fast [red,yellow,blue,red,red,blue,blue,red,yellow,blue] this code should work for the xbox 360. I'm not quite sure about the ps3. NOTE:this code can not be saved in the game so you have to do this code everytime you play rock band. NOTE: you can only insert this code in the start menu.

Click that and pay the fee and then it will download it to your hard drive. the next time you open Rock Band 2 it will import or you will have to go to extras or options/import.
