An Ab4 (the lowest Ab you can play on a regular Flute) is fingered with your entire left hand plus your right pinky.
An Ab5 (an octave higher), is fingered the same way.
If you're feeling especially ambitious... The third register Ab (Ab6), is fingered the same as the last two, but without the left thumb and left index finger.
