nothing you just have to pay it, its your own fault that u got one

More detail:

You can pay the ticket without contesting it, or you can contest it. But if you contest it, the chances are you will lose. And you will then have to also pay court costs and a fee for the officer who wrote the ticket to show up in court.

The next time you get a speeding ticket, if you KNOW you were not speeding, you have the right to request to see the calibration record of the police car radar. They have to show it to you if you request it, and their radar equipment has to be calibrated at least once a year. If it has not been calibrated within the last year, then you will have a much better chance of contesting the ticket.

By knowing what type of radar was used, the theory of radar operation with proof of what vehicles were around you at the time (does not apply to laser), proof of current radar calibration certification, proof that officer did not field calibrate radar at shift start. If you want to dispute a speeding fine that you don't feel you deserve: *Keep track of letters you receive and keep a copy of your replies and the speeding ticket; *Make a note of any conversations with the police officer who booked you, the agency, court or other staff and, if possible, confirm them in writing; and *Contact your motoring club for advice or a referral to a lawyer. Write a letter *Are you sorry for what happened and have learnt your lesson? *What was the terrain of the road

There are a few possibilities or ways of getting out of a speeding ticket. One way is flirting with the officer. Another is to ask for a warning. Lastly, one can go to court and if the officer doesn't show, the case will be dismissed.

Check the county courthouse where you got the ticket. They should have a copy of it or part of the original.

You can dispute the ticket in court. The judge will then decide to dismiss the ticket or if the ticket remains.

You will probably be better of facing the judge in court and possibly take a defensive driving course to have it dismissed.

How can you get a 76 in a 55 reckless driving ticket dropped and what should you do to reduce it such as defensive driving courses or pleading guilty to a lesser charge Also if you are 16?

You would have to plead your case to a Judge about getting the ticket reduce it. Since it is a reckless driving chare the penalties are stiffer. Now if it was a regualr speeding ticket, you could take a defensive driving course to get the ticket off your record.

If you plead not guilty to a speeding ticket can you end up paying more money in the long run and how likely is it?

In some states you can end up paying more money if you are found guilty. Nowadays, unless you have witnesses and good evidence, a police officer is always right. If they say you were speeding, then you were speeding (according to the judge). You could plead guilty and ask that it be reduced or taken off your record if you can stay clean for 90 days, some states will allow deals like that. If you were honestly not guilty, then plead your case and see what happens.
