Where is the fuel pressure schrader on the Lexus rx300?

No schrader. There is a banjo bolt on the front fuel rail, drivers side. You need a banjo bolt adapter for your fuel pressure tester to run a fuel pressure test. Remove the banjo bolt, insert your banjo bolt adapter in it's place, attach it to your pressure test gauge, run your pressure test.

How do you release the fuel pressure when changing the fuel filter on an '89 Honda Civic?

Not difficult. Place a rag or paper towels around the filter before loosening bolts (located on the top of the filter) - pressure will push some gas out. Use a socket for the top "banjo" bolt - easy to remove. You will use a wrench to hold the side bolt as you loosen the banjo bolt. Be careful not to round off. Consider using a flare wrench - but not required.

How do you change the fuel filter on Honda CR-V 1999?

This job should be done while the engine is cold and the ignition switch is in the OFF postiion. The filter is located on the firewall of the engine compartment. (1) Relieve the pressure in the fuel system by opening up the gas tank filler cap and opening the fuel line at the fuel filter by loosening the banjo bolt. (2) Place towels around the filter and remove the banjo bolt and unscrew the threaded fitting. Remove the clamp bolt and lift the filter out of the engine compartment. Re-installation is the reverse of removal.

Any special tools or procedures to replace fuel filter on 1991 Acura Integra?

Here is the procedure straight from the Chilton repair manual. 1. Disconnect the negative battery cable. 2. Wrap a shop towel around the fittings and using a proper wrench, slowly loosen the fuel line fittings. 3. Remove the 2 banjo bolts from the fuel lines. 4. Remove the fuel filter clamp retaining bolt and the clamp. 5. Remove the filter from the vehicle. Note: It is very important that ALL of the fuel line banjo bolt washers be replaced every time the banjo bolts are loosened. If the washers are not replaced the fuel lines will leak pressurized fuel causing the risk of fire or explosion. 6. Install the new filter in position and tighten the clamp mounting bolt to 7 ft. lbs. 7. Attach the banjo fittings with new washers in place. On Legend and Vigo, tighten the fuel line flare connector to 28 ft. lbs. On the remaining models, tighten the banjo fitting bolts to 20 ft. lbs. 8. Start the vehicle and check for leaks. Contributor's note: The banjo bolts and clamp retaining bolt appear (from the diagram in the manual) to be standard bolts so no special tools are required.

How do you change a brake line on a 1996 Plymouth Voyager?

Use flare nut wrenches to remove. If you mean the hose to the caliper, remove the banjo bolt (why it's called that, I don't know) attaching it to the caliper, noting the arrangement of the sealing copper washers. After installing replacement, bleed brakes completely to remove air in the lines.

What is a banjo fitting?

It's a fitting most often used on fuel lines. You can tell it's a banjo because it is round and has a hole in the middle where a bolt goes through. the bolt is hollow with holes in the sides for the fuel to flow through. it is popular because you can use it in a 360 degree circle.

How to replace fuel filter on 1990 jaguar xj6?

OMG, Don't do it! Okay, do it, but be super careful about both a) the fact that it's going to spit fuel all over your driveway, and b) the bolt you have have to get off is a supremely rare 12mm banjo fitting. I broke mine and to wait like 3 months before anyone came up with a suitable replacement. It's a fairly simple process though. Jack up left rear wheel (driver side). Remove wheel, and put a jackstand on the support point. Seriously, you'll be getting under the car, so don't trust that stupid little jaguar jack. Remove the banjo bolt w/ a 17mm wrench, then unscrew the filter from the y adapter on it's rear. (it helps if you unscrew the filter holder from underneath the car [after you rmove the banjo bolt, but before you remove the y adapter]) good luck and be extra careful with that fitting.
