trying to install a new antenna cable, from outside the truck to the radio, how do i do this

∙ 2009-06-09 16:59:49The older radios are easy to remove. Pull the knobs off the front and there's nuts benind them. It should take a 9/16th deep barrell socket to remove them. There may be a bracket on the back of the radio in the dash. After that, pull it out from the rear and unplug the wires. That's it.
It is probably the output amplifier chip.
you must remove the dash panel that goes over the stereo, heater and around the gauges then all you have to do is pull it out just by pressing two tabs on each side of the stereo

Go to GMC ask them to remove it PROFESSIONALLY. they should . If they don't file a complaint
