Motor may be OK but it sounds like the window came off its track; possibly because of a defective slide. In any case you will need to remove the door panel to check it out. Remove any screws holding panel onto door; disconnect battery; unhook any power locks,window switches, etc., as they become accessable. The doorpanel is usually held at the edges by plastic clips, remove them slowly as not to break them. It is inside the door, bolts to the regulator(the linkage that moves the glass up and down).

the viscous is located inside the transfer case... you need to pull the transfer case out and split it open. While you are there you might as well throw a fresh chain and bearings into the transfer case as well.

It is a ridiculous design it actually drains inside the uni-body frame rail, you will have to remove the dash to get to the hvac unit and replace the seal that seal it against the firewall from the passenger side so it will stop leaking inside the car, or you could cut a hole inside the fender well to get to it and attach a drain hose that will drain inside the fender well through the hole that you made.

replace the power window motor inside the door. You will have to drill out the rivets and replace with nuts and bolts
The cable runs through and is coiled inside the motor. It is advised to replace as an assembly.
It should be mounted inside on the back drivers side wall. If you can't find it then you don't have one.
