yes, bought a peugeot recently stuck in a new blaupunkt radio and you can still use all the features with the radio lever, unfortunately the plug that it uses also uses the same one as the aux in that i use for my mp3 player so not much use to me... You can usually use the volume stalk with any radio BUT you usually need an adapter if its not from Blaupunkt. I know this cos i fitted a new kenwood CD player to my 306 and i had to get one. ALSO THEY ARE EXPENSIVE. the adapter i got was recommended by a guy at halfords and he sold it to me for
Switch the radio on and go for a run or a shopping trip. After several minutes the message 'err code' will switch to 'code'. enter the code via the left and right arrows (the numbers will be displayed on the radio) after each correct number display press the '1' on the radio to move to the next number. When all 4 numbers are set it will automatically start the radio.
Normally you don't need a code, especially if it's just had a minor knock, which normally sets this off. Usually you can disconnect battery for a couple of hours, which should be enough time to de-energise the coil, which is stopping the fuel getting to the engine.
