This is what I would say:
The piano is a musical instrument played using the keyboard. It is often referred to as the 'King of Instruments'. When played, the piano creates a rich and beautiful sound which may be altered using some pedals. The piano is often difficult to master, but very satisfying when one does master it. They notes on the piano are A, B, C, D, E, F, G, A#, C#, D#, F# and G#. When the keys are pressed they activate some hammer/s (depends whether you are playing a chord or not) inside the piano, which then tap on some string/s inside the instrument. This then produces a sound. Personally, it reminds me of a violin. There are three pedals that, when pressed, alter the sound. One makes the notes echo when played, the other produces a muffled note because pressing this pedal lays a cloth over the strings, so that when the hammer comes down it produces a milder and more subtle sound. I don't know what the third pedal does. There are 52 white keys and 36 black keys on the piano (at least that is how many there are on mine).
I hope that helped.
