im reading this book (James Barron, Piano: the making of a steinway concert grand), it says it takes about 11 months to make a steinway concert grand
They used: A grand (probably Steinway) piano An electric bass A (probably 12-string) acoustic guitar A harmonica A hammond organ Drums Soprano Saxophone And vocals by Roger Hodgson
For ever , know why, its because there is no such thing as Grade 9 piano. It only goes up to grade 8
If you take the opinion of over 99% of pianists ... and 99% of major concert halls in the whole world, they will all answer 'yes'. For them, the industry standard is to perform on a good piano .. and they will only perform if it's a Steinway, and no other piano will do ... There will always the odd-ball 1% that prefer something less desirable, but they, like the person above ... will be out sitting on a branch on their own. Listen to the experts, and listen to their opinion .... and you will end up listening to the best piano. In Europe ... they build Bosendorfer, Fazioli and Bechstein pianos ... and whilst nice pianos ... none of these pianos have made it, in any great numbers to major concert halls in the world, even when these brands are cheaper ... as they would not be accepted by the experts. Check out http://www.steinway.com/artists and look at the 1,600 artists that endorse what they regard as 'the best piano in the world'. Are Steinway's the best ? I don't think we need to answer that.

It is very important to always take care of a piano so that it will last for many years. Some ways to care for a piano is to have the piano serviced every three months. Make sure the piano is not subjected to extreme weather conditions such as humidity in the summer and freezing weather in the winter.

As long as you make it take.
how long did it take colonial chandlers to make candles
You don't have to school at all to play the piano. Some people naturally seem to play while others take lessons for years. If you want to play piano as a professional you need many years of practice and lessions.
The A has a long sound as in bake, cake, and take.
