- Johnny Christ (current bassist)
Avenged Sevenfold never stated why they went through so many bass players, so the fans just assume that most of them didn't work out.

it started of in California them growing up their zacky had his own band called mpa and Matt was wanting jimmy to be in his band but thought that he was to good anyways Ryan just went with it and johns older brother was the original bass but johny came into the picture so they got together and became lips of deciet and soon changed their name to anvenged sevenfold a name Matt got out of the bible and preformed at various clubs as well at chain reaction and got famous the end
