The heavier you are the more points you can have.So that's great for a little while like 3-4 months-6 months to loose weight healthlier. But once you loose the weight your points range goes down like 26 points a day before like for me my points range was like 35 and I weigh like 24o pounds. So if you are a heck of a lot skinnier than me like say your point range will be 20.I honestly believe that weight watchers is the best diet around because you have a point chart to go by and it makes loosing weight easier and more organized. Now the fun part is finding all the foods you eat and find the points value to it.

Weight Watchers Points are assigned based on the serving size of food and how much fiber, fat and calories are in that food. Once you become a member, you and your counselor will determine the healthy target point range based on gender, height, weight, activity level, nursing women, etc. Points may range from 18-37 per day, but this can only be determined by your counselor, or after subscribing to the online program.

Dieting is much easier if you have delicious recipes to cook. You'll enjoy your food more if you can make different meals. Weight Watcher point recipes are perfect if you're following the Weight Watchers program. The recipes already have the point values figured in so that you can know how much you can eat. None of the recipes take up too many of your daily total points so that you can still eat the rest of your meals. They have many of your favorites that have been recreated to be healthier. They have a cookbook that can make meal-planning easy.
