If it's a selmer signet model ga 101 in good to excellent condition $6000-6500$ as they are very rare and scarce play as well as the American made Martin they are also hand crafted you should insure it for 8000$ replacement value
I also have a Signet by Selmer 12 string. In excellent condition, plays beter than any 12 string I've ever played. I work in a music store and do set-ups so I've got it in great shape. But like you, I've had trouble getting a market value on it. It was made in '70 I think, in London. It's my go-to stage guitar. Glad to see someone else has a nice Signet.
Some people say £1-£5 million which is a bit vague, but other sources say he's worth $8-$10 million, which is a bit more reliable I reckon, he earns roughly £50,000 a year from royalties, and he rents out a flat in London
73 is an accepted term to indicate signing off or end of transmission.
It's unlikely that a Wurlitzer piano was produces with only 73 keys - if not a full keyboard, it's more likely this should be 76. That said, I couldn't locate any less-than-full-size Wurlitzer pianos from the 1950s. A standard, 88-key spinet piano from this era would be worth about $400 - $700 in good cosmetic and working condition. If it has a particularly unique design or is closer to mint condition, expect the higher end of the range or better.

It would be a 73, depending on how much each question was worth.
