The limit doesn't have to do with the amount of music added to a given project. It has to do with the rights to use any given piece of music. Music that is in the public domain can be used freely, without restriction. However, you must check to see that the recorded performance of the music is also in the public domain; it may not be. The song Morning Has Broken is from the old Shaker Hymnal and is in the public domain. The once very popular Cat Stevens recording of it is not. He doesn't own the music itself, but he does own his performance of it (or has assigned those rights to some other entity).
Of course, you can make your own recording of music in the public domain without any problem at all. If your project is video, then you have to make sure that you purchase 'mechanical rights' in order to include the music in your video, if the music or the recorded performance of it are not yet in the public domain.
You can add as much music as you want to a project. As long as the project calls for music. If for a school project, ask your teacher what the musical requirements are.
You don't. You add music to videos.
On your iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, or Android device Open the Apple Music app. Find music that you want to add to your library. To add a song, tap the Add button. To add an album, playlist, or music video, tap +Add. You can also press and hold something that you want to add, then tap Add to Library. On your Mac or PC Open the Apple Music app or iTunes. Find music that you want to add to your library. To add a song, click the Add button the Add button icon. To add an album, playlist, or music video, click +Add. If you know for certain that the music is not copyrighted, you can add it to your site. Do not automatically assume that it is okay to add original music that is found on another site to your site, though. It's best to contact the site owner to ask permission to use their original work, even if you do not think the music is copyrighted.

Your family life and you. That's a great project to start out with. You can add photographs and video (if you have it). Combine them with music of you choice. Add some creative effects, transitions and captions.

Find the Line Rider program files, find the music folder, put any mp3s in it. This works on Line Rider 2 Unbound only. If you want to add music to the online one, do a video screen capture and add music in Windows Movie Maker, too much trouble! In my opinion.
